Bel hotel bien situé à coté d'une belle grande plage. Accueil agréable, personnel souriant.Personnel du service restauration très sympa. Dommage que le jacuzzi n'était pas en route.Beau buffet varié par contre je trouve qu'il n'est pas normal que l'on doive payer l'eau quand on paye la demi-pension ! Nous avons était dans d'autres hotels de Majorque où l'eau , les sodas et le vin était en libre service. Juste coté piscine, le fait que beaucoup de personnes réservent leurs transats dès 7 h du matin en posant des serviettes sans être présents, du coup, plus de possibilité de s'installer autour de la piscine après notre petit-déjeuner , la direction de l'hotel devrait l'interdire !

A really lovely and relaxing break. Really enjoyed the pilates and stretching in the morning with Sarah, such a great way to start the day with a brilliant view. There was a great selection and variety of food in the restaurant and the bar staff were lovely and good fun - particularly Vicky. One thing that would be good for the future is the reinforcement of the rule that loungers cannot be reserved with towels. People were putting towels on loungers then going out for the day, returning late afternoon. Towels should be removed.

Stayed for 5 nights all inclusive. Hotel room was clean and was cleaned daily. Spacious rooms and air conditioned. Our room faced a wall which didn’t bother us but we couldn’t sit out there to sunbath. Our entire stay we got a sun bed twice and that was around 4pm when people had left, lots of reserved beds with no people for the majority of the day and the staff don’t do anything about it. 2 days into the holiday they started work on the floor around the pool so parts of the sunbathing area was cordoned off with red tape and work men were walking in and out. Drinks were standard all inclusive. There was sometimes music around the pool and then it would just go off or be extremely quiet? If you are coming to this hotel as a family on all inclusive then I really wouldn’t bother. The food has to be some of the worst I’ve had and I’m not a picky eater. Hotel is decorated lovely and for what we wanted this holiday it suited us fine however I do believe it should be an adult only as it gives them vibes. Some staff were quite rude others were lovely, one man took a ball off two lads and I thought he was quite rude, he said it was because there was children in the pool yet a day later 2 kids were playing with a ball and excessively splashing next to us and some other guests and nothing was said. I think the final straw here was around 8am one morning someone knocked on our door when we had the do not disturb sign on be time I got to the door someone had scanned and opened it and there was a random man about to walk in, clearly he had forgot which room he was in however the cleaner had just scanned him in not checking and walked away. Had we of been out or he had been a randomer off the street as they do not check this our stuff could have been stolen.

Nice enough hotel in a great location. Away from all the noise but close enough to walk to the bars etc. Our room on the first night was tiny with no balcony and was 6 feet from a wall. We booked a balcony room which we got the next day. Much bigger with a slightly better outlook. Food was good but not as much choice as other hotels we've been to. Didn't seem to be much in the way of entertainment. Prefer the beach to the pool and this was only 100m away. Pool was quite small and not many sunbeds. Would recommend McTavishes bar on the strip

Fantastic hotel for the money. The breakfast buffet was great, much better quality than most other hotels in spain. The dinner was lovely, food standard really good although there is limited choice which is the only thing that lets it down. The pools were lovely, hotel very clean and it has a very boujee upmarket vibe. Central location with a 2 minute walk to the beach. Lovely views of the beach from the hotel. Comfiest soft bed! The only thing that lets it down slightly is the air conditioning in the room isn’t great it still felt like it was about 25 degrees in the room.
